    Fun fact: Several of these throws are identical to throws in judo, what with physics and physiology being the same...
  2. notes-field said: I love your guys’ work! Variant for 16 of interest, taken out of dumog from the Phillipines: same set up for the choke, but catching/cranking the chin with the forearm, using the armpit to hold the head, tighten up, slowly lean back. Neck break.
